I am a calm, responsible, and hardworking person who takes very good care of the apartment and always treats the rented property as my own. I do not smoke and I do not drink alcohol. I have a Russian Blue cat. She is very well-behaved, quiet, and clean, and she does not damage furniture or the apartment in any way. I also have experience living with a cat and understand the responsibility that comes with having a pet in a rented home.
